One to One counselling allows you to explore issues that are currently impacting on your life; these may be from your past, dealing with a present crisis or fear of what may happen in the future. It is important to have a safe space to talk through and understand your current thinking and behaviour as well as how you are coping.
When you are facing times of uncertainty or crisis having a safe space allows you to gain clarity and find a resolution to your problems.

Through the use of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) as well as various techniques you will learn to release negative emotions safely. This gives us a variety of ways to approach your treatment plan and allows you to choose the way that you would like your own therapy to continue.
I offer a relaxed and discreet therapy setting to help you feel more comfortable while discussing issues that are currently affecting you. It is important that you feel at ease and that each session works at a pace that you are happy with. We do not explore any issues or situations that you are not comfortable in addressing, it goes without saying that all information is kept strictly private and confidential.
